In this episode I wanted to share a little bit about what I do as a life coach which is essentially helping my people make better decisions and why making decisions is so important versus indecision. 

My aim is to inspire and interest and make the subject as simple and accessible as possible so that hopefully you might put the practice to use yourself and look to deepen your knowledge in the space going forward. 

Please do bare in mind that in this podcast, I'm just letting you into my world a little.
